Miserable situation(s) yea, indescribable. However I will not settle for a world where he had a miserable outcome. He found hope. He found love. He found happiness. Because he persevered, relentlessly even when he believed it would lead nowhere. He pushed. Joy is a choice as much as it it random. Harry understood that.

I have grown up watching the movies and thought it was a really good series and only just now I have started to read the books and going back and forth I have found a new appreciation for the movies and books I never had when I was younger
It's been 23 years since the Battle of Hogwarts and the memories ate still fresh.

Even if we remove the magic,the story's still heartwarming. It's the tale first introduced the year I and many others were born(1997) and/or were very young and will live on long after we're gone
You can never know too much about Harry Potter, there’s always something you’ve yet to know about it, which makes it way more than a book series. I feel that title is insulting to what this masterpiece really is. It captures the Hero’s Journey and the amount of crazy effort put into HP was beyond. I don’t care if yall hate JK Rowling, but this woman is an absolute genius and I would personally applaud her for everything HP has done for anyone. Have a great day!

People who think Harry Potter is a kid’s book don’t realize how tragic the story is. Harry Potter, orphaned at 1, and abused by his relatives for 10 years. He’s constantly being forced to wear old clothes, clean, and was malnourished. He was neglected during childhood and spent most of it in a cupboard. He’s being bullied by a teacher who hates him just because of his father. At 14 he gets tortured and watches his friend die, while being gagged as someone literally cuts his arm open. He watches his only father/brother figure die, and faces the pain of killing himself for the greater good of his world.
